We can help with laundry, change bedding, light house keeping etc. No job too small, but will make all the difference to you.
The beauty of building up a relationship with our clients is that we become familiar and comfortable with each other - in short we become friends, which combats loneliness. We can take you to coffee mornings, help organise your own coffee morning, take you to meet up with friends, go on outings etc. We can ensure you have reading material/talking books/music and other mentally stimulating activities to alleviate boredom.
Part of what we offer is a break for full time carers, this can include respite for carers of people with Dementia, MS, PSP etc. Having some respite put in place enables you to take some important rest time and important 'me' time. We are fully aware that caring for a loved one can be all consuming. In order to take of your loved one you need to take care of yourself, we want to give you the support that allows you to take a break or accomplish other tasks that need to be done or simply focus on other loved ones.
