All visits that fall on a Bank Holiday will be on request and charged at double time. Please enquire ahead of time. 

Any visit after 5pm will be charged at time and half.

Weekends will be charged at time and a half.

All client visits will be charged a discretionary round trip fuel charge. 

Any Emergency visit that requires us to visit on the same day will be charged at double time.

All client led cancellations will be charged at full rate unless cancelled 24 hours prior to visit.

In the unlikely event Caring Connections has to cancel an appointment less than 24 h

prior to scheduled visit, we will provide one hour’s visit free of charAny food prepared on site or brought in to be consumed is consumed at the clients own risk.

External chores will be charged mileage at the pro rata hourly rate. We are happy to perform external chores within your allocated time slot, mileage will be charged at the 

current National Rate.

Whilst every care will be taken, Caring Connections will not be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur when we are in attendance at the Client’s property or during an outing with Caring Connections.
